Directs the evaluation of Brand portfolio including Brand definition & proposition, advertising concept,
pricing, packaging, place and promotionfor the Organization.
Ensures coordination with sales department to implement & monitor allmarketing initiatives for the
Organization
Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI bycoordinating with key media
providers.
Driving license Holder (2Wheeler and 4 Wheeler).
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related courses in
marketingfield.
Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Excel with thorough knowledge on formulas, Email
Drafting andGood English Communication.

Job Profile:
Digital & Social Media Marketing.
To plan and implement changes in online shopping application with website and mobile apps for
Android and IOSdevices.
Design and oversees all aspects of FMCG product B2C marketing (digital & printed) activities including
marketing database, web/online platforms, social media, communications and advertising campaigns
with channel partners.
Analyze market trends, business opportunities & marketsegmentsregionally for LOCAL market.
Develop design concepts and ideas for B2C marketing campaigns on FMCG products across
different marketsegments.
Must knowledge in Marketing Strategies & Campaigns records and reports to be prepared and
submitted to themanagement on monthly basis, to understand the scale of growth in brands.
Handling the graphic designer to get the required output as per the management.
Must have knowledge in handling team of 5 by giving training and direction to the team on online
shopping portals update, mobile apps, customer queries in online platforms, updating new brands
/ product images onsocial media, online shopping software images to upload and customer calls
handled by the team.
Develop & Manage Web contents, On-Line Shopping/ social media platforms and
communication materials(printed & digital)
Lead & Manage data mining, Google analytics, and develop SEO(Search Engine Optimization
)/SEM ( SearchEngine Management ) strategies for maximum on-line presence, as well as
develop marketing insights for product innovation, branding, and business strategies.
Prepare & Develop reports on marketing performance dashboards & digital campaign’s overall
performance
Work with internal teams & external partners to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Oversees and co-ordinate all on-line & channel partners (off-line) marketing activities for
maximum results ineach targeted market segment.
Develop and manage the budget for all marketing activities & On-Line campaigns.
