Business Development Executive will be responsible for the Business Development activities to acquire projects for the company. We are currently seeking an experienced, self-starting, goal-oriented, and successful sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager for Domestic Staffing. As a Business Development Manager, your objective is to clearly express ideas in a manner that will build rapport with our new customers. This individual’s sole responsibility is to drive customer acquisition and expansion, focusing on both business expansion as well as managing, leading, and working effectively with the delivery teams.
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT/Non IT/Pharma/Manufacturing staffing business in India, and get Permanent and contract Staffing Requirements and close positions. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.
- Well-versed with Indian Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business & manage the team.
- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective.
- Should be able to handle the entire Business Development IT/Non IT/Pharma/Manufacturing/ Account Management functions.
- Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth plan approaches and pitches.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
- To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Coordinate with technical team for estimation & deadlines.
- As well as maintaining and restoring short-term and long-term business operations.

- Identification of new business opportunities & Cold Calling
- Research about client, understand their requirements and then scheduling meeting with them
- Visit clients and do meeting/e- meetings with them
- Relation ship management with internal stake holders and external customers across levels
- Contract closures, Proposal making, respond to RFI & RFP
- CRM and account mining.
Candidate Profile :
- Self starter, ability to work in dynamic environment,
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal.), Presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain network & manage customers based out of National & international locations.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong sales background across any service sector, preferred Recruitment Industry.
