Minimum Experience Required : Minimum 5 years of experience in Restaurants Chains Companies as a
Purchasing Manager is a must.
Degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar position.
Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
Ability to work independently.
Strong in Cost saving, Negotiation and sourcing.
Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel with knowledge in
Functions/Conditional Formula/Functions/Macros, Good English Communication and Good in Email
Communication.

Job Profile:
Secure products and services at the best possible pricing without compromising on quality or
service.
Must have negotiation skills for pricing to minimize the food cost.
Monitor inventory and arrange products as and when required by the restaurant teams,
action to be taken based on the priority of requirements.
Understand the operation flow, work on the purchasing trend of previous months data for all
restaurants and procure items by imports / local sourcing to minimize the food cost based on
the bulk purchases.
Must have 2 and 4 Wheeler license and guide the team to procure and transfer the goods to
all restaurant chains as per the receiving schedules of restaurants.
Plan rota system for purchase / delivery of the goods for each restaurant chain route wise.
Consolidate purchases to achieve maximum economic benefit.
Forge close relationships with Head of Departments and Management across the
restaurants and support office
Liaise between suppliers and restaurants to ensure their needs are being met.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service and product provided.
Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving.
Ensure the companies purchasing systems are up to date with products and pricing to
facilitate its smooth operation at restaurant level
Train and supervise the work of other members of staff.
