Minimum Experience Required : 2+ years of experience in Commercial refrigeration and/or commercial
cooking equipment repair experience.
Qualification : Diploma in Equipment Engineering/ Higher Education in Equipment’s.
Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Excel, Email Drafting and Good English Communication.

Job Profile:
- Investigates problems and performs repairs on all kitchen equipment.
- Complete Performance Checks on kitchen equipment including all kitchen equipment’s,
refrigerators, ice machines, ovens, fryers, Kitchen Hoods, Kitchen Extract Fans and beverage
machines etc., - Performs maintenance routines, preventive maintenance, and major repairs.
- Troubleshooting and identifying problems with the machines.
- Handling – sand filters, maintaining suitable water temperature, PH & CL, proper water flow,
Vacuuming pool - Driving License isrequired for 2 Wheeler and 4 Wheeler
- Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service of
unit. - Respond to breakdowns of equipment’s and being available in case of emergency and
applying the appropriate action as per Hotel policy and standards - Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health
and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment - Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
Testing, Commissioning and installation of new equipment.
