Qualification : B.Com and Higher Studies.
Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel with knowledge in
Functions/Conditional Formula/Functions/Macros, Good English Communication.

Job Profile :
- Creates purchase orders from requisitions.
- Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and
delivery schedule for all local suppliers. - Data entry and filing paperwork.
- Obtains price quotes from multiple suppliers mainly from local suppliers.
- Runs reports to help determine needs when required.
- Prepares purchase orders or bid requests.
- Issues purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered and price
are correct. - Expedites delivery of goods to users.
- Maintaining the supplier files, arrange the files accordingly. Establishes and implements
short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and
operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness,
and effects changes required for improvement. - Creation and ongoing value creation with a world class supply base
- Development of organizational procurementstrategy
- Management of business process outsourcing activities
- Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
- Selection and management of procurement systems
- Management of procurement items in (and across) sourcing, contracting, transactional,
purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support
activities - Development of benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement
- Acts as negotiator between the company’s and vendors/suppliers on procurement
contracts; keeps informed of all new developments relative to available resources; makes
recommendations designed to reduce costs, update systems, and provide environmentally
approved materials and services. - Recommends and participates in the development of company’s policies and procedures;
may serve on company’s planning and policy-making committees. - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
