Sales Executive (Bakery Segment)

Minimum Experience Required :
 A holder of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related qualification
 Candidates with Bakery/Baking products/Confectionery sales
experiencewill have a an added advantage.
 Driving license Holder (2Wheeler and 4 Wheeler ) and
experienced in thefield of HORECA. Ability to multi-task and meet
deadlines.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related courses.
Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Excel, Email Drafting and Good English Communication.

Job Profile :
 Plan and achieve the daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring complete and proper coverage of
the allocatedarea/outlets;
 Must Knowledge in all bakery related products and should explain to the bakers on the
benefits/cost impact ofthe products.
 Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
 Self drive and ability to work with minimal supervision.
 Prepare the list of non-availability of bakery products in the market and get them sourced for clients.
 Ensure that all outlets are visited in the correct sequence and that they are well stocked with all our
brands andpackages;
 Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly activity report detailing the competitors’ activities; as
well as anyother information required by the Supervisor or Company.
 Reflect high standards of performance in implementing the trade promotions and marketing
activities that relateto routes and customers.
 Carry out dealer survey while capturing relevant market intelligence & identify the existing and new
routes andits development in accordance to company norms
