• Looking for Enthusiastic Recruiters who have diversified experience in sourcing talent from IT, Manufacturing and Automotive domains.
• Should have experience in multiple SPOC and Customer Connect
• Should share the Dashboard on daily basis
• Identify the key resource in team and plan to delegate for respective SPOC
• Should have Sourcing Experience and Enable training to Team with Skills and Market Intelligence
• Should plan for Hiring Metrix ,Target Planner, MIS, CXO Level Presentation for his team
• Should have innovative ideas to improvise for E2E recruitment process
• Should think out of box to procure the CV apart from Naukri & Linkedin
• Performing background and reference checks
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
• Coordinating with client.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Motive the team members to achieve their goals.
• Experienced in Team handling.
• 6 -9 Years of relevant experience required.
• Should have experience in Contract and Permanent staffing.
